Our Contest #2 is here, and ANYONE can enter!  Submit your child’s photo in their most adorable & SPOOKTACULAR Halloween costume, and win a $100 Gift Card to the FABULOUS must-shop online destination – giggle!  The winning photo will be chosen by a total of ten judges from PLUSH and GIGGLE.  We will be judging on the best photo overall considering the following criteria: most creative, original and fun (not necessarily the most adorable, since ALL of our babies are adorable)!
